1-1 sessions that last between one hour to one half hours.
We can explore whatever your blockages and obstacles are and help you progress forward on your path with the help of your spirit guides.

There will be work you have to do after each session this can include questions for inner child healing and shadow work/mind maps/journal/affirmations/ meditations etc.

Sessions can be every week or every month the choice is yours.
