Having grown up in the heart of Coventry, nestled in the West Midlands of England, my life took a profound turn in January 2020 when I experienced a spiritual awakening. It was in June of that transformative year that I crossed paths with a mentor who introduced me to the profound practice of shadow work, a therapeutic tool that has since become an indispensable part of my journey.

Before delving into the realms of shadow work, I viewed my life through the lens of a victim, attributing negativity to external forces beyond my control. However, a paradigm shift occurred as I questioned whether I had actively sought these challenges as catalysts for personal growth and evolution.
